This is a rental of a whole single family residence with its own driveway, garage, backyard and back deck. the place was just renovated a few years ago so everything is in new condition, my mother was living there by herself and she has since passed, I have to power wash the outside and do the landscaping as you can see in the photos but that will be done prior to move in, this is located in Little Neck, Queens on a quiet street with great neighbors, it is the house I grew up in so I know the neighborhood and street are fantastic! The LIRR is a short 10-15 min. walk to the Little Neck station (which also has parking at the station) on the Port Washington Line , it gets into Manhattans Penn station in 30 min! The LIE and cross island parkway are 3 min drive away as well. Renter pays their own electric and heating oil.
